Coming To An End 2023!

How would I rate this year for us, as in me and the family, my little family?

If I were to think about it from the kids’ perspective, Wade, my son, had a very successful year. His position at work keeps getting elevated up the ladder, and with buying a new house, his life is pretty set.

My daughter, her husband, and the kids are having a good year filled with love, happiness, and the aroma of good energy. However, they are struggling daily, not that you would ever know. The continuous growth of the cost of living is making it really hard for them to get ahead in life. If there is a good thing, they know it’s really hard to get that Australian dream, their own house, with the dream and ambitions of one day fulfilling their goal.

As for me, I keep changing my appearance or style and continue to do so as we speak. Is it an old age thing? I don’t think so. LoL. The year I had, let’s be honest, it was pretty good income-wise. Very good. Next year will be even more contributing to the bank.

Is money everything? I’d say 85% of life. In the old days, it was around 55%, as the wage was well ahead of the cost of living. I seem to have collected more flu and sickness than usual. I put that down to my little granddaughter as she picked up everything that flew past the house. LoL.

I struggled with depression & anxiety throughout the year and have good months with bad ones, I’ve learned how to fight it and try to get on top of it. My weight is a big one I really need to work on that. It will help the bad knees and hips.

Love life LoL, that is just not happening. There is a saying that everyone in life has a person of interest.

My year wasn’t too bad if I were to look at what has been happening around the world with natural disasters, the wars. We are pretty lucky when it comes to living in a pretty stable environment when it comes to man-made disasters, created by greed for power, we’re our government wants to make sure that the average person doesn’t get ahead in life or set up better for their family.

We can have results or we can make Excuses, or if we don’t like something, change it, if we can’t change it, change our attitudes.
