keeping a good journal can be a great way to reflect on your thoughts, emotions and experiences.
(1) Write regularly: Try to make it a habbit to write in your Journal and Blogs every day or at least a few times a week. This will help you stay consistent and make it easier to keep track of your thought and feelings.
(2) Write honestly: Be honest with yourself when writing a Journal or Blog. Don’t try to sugarcoat your emotions or experiences, as this defeats the purpose of writing.
(3) Write freely: Don’t worry about grammar or spelling when writing in your journal or doing a blog. Just let your thoughts flow freely.
(4) Focus on the present: instead of dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, try to focus on the present moment, write what’s happening in your life right now and how your feeling about it.
(5) Use Prompts: if you’re not sure what to write about, try using prompts to get your creative juices flowing. You can find Journaling or Blogs prompts online or come up with your own.
(6) Be Consistent: Finally, make sure you’re consistent with your Journaling or Blogs. It’s ok to miss a day or two, but try to get back into the habit as soon as possible. The more you write, the more you’ll get out off the experience.
