Am I A Good Judge Of Character.

Again do i believe im the best at different things at life defentiley not, but i have lerned over the years in picking up a person of character. I have been with different industries we’re i work with people closley with sports, retail, and the hotel industry.

Remember every person is unique and different, so assessment is a subjective process. We approach it with an open mind and without judgment. It’s important to appreciate their individuality while also considering how their character aligns with your own values and compatibility.

Most of the time it takes time. It’s not something that can be fully understood in a single encounter. Building a deeper understanding of someone’s character requires time and ongoing interactions. Be patient and allow the relationship to develop naturally, giving you more opportunities to observe and assess their character.

I found through life I don't judge a book by its cover most times. But every now and then, it can stand out immediately without even speaking a word to them. I take note of the way people carry themselves, their stance, walk, and the first words that come out. Some can straight away give you an image that doesn't do them justice.

Listening to the communication that you have with them helps with understanding someone’s character. Pay attention to how they speak and what they talk about. Do they use respectful words, or if they do use sentences with some swearing, it’s how it’s worded that’s important. Some people can put a conversation together that’s quite funny in the way they say it and express their conversation.

Postive Impact On Others.

A good character can have such a great impact on others through work, family, or just great friendship. When they display honesty, kindness, and compassion, they can influence others around them. In the mining and civil works, you meet some characters; some can make the job and work so good, and a few can put a real damper on the job.

We have a couple of guys whose conversations are filled with “F this” and “F that,” but the way the conversation comes out can be quite funny. The same guys have great values in life, a great attitude, and a personality that beams. We’re all different in our own ways. I believe a good character brings trust, respect, personal fulfillment, and a positive impact on the guys around you, with a professional attitude in all aspects of life.

Myself, I work on the way I approach people and see what sort of person I’m in conversation with. I can cruise with them or have some fun in our conversations. I understand the meaning of a good attitude towards family, work, and friendship. I also understand that out of every five people I meet, I’ll only please four or three, as one or two will be hard to do so. But that’s a part of life and one that’s a huge part in today’s society and your work ethic, but one that can be easy – just be you and knowing that everything takes time, and judgment is one of those that do.
