Useing Our Dreams…
Most of us dream throughout our sleep. They can be anything from being rich, finding love, or becoming a sports hero. Dreams can help us escape from things that are bringing us down in real life and can potentially benefit us.
They can be an inspiration – Dreams often contain unique and imaginative ideas. They can inspire us as artists, writers, or creators to come up with new concepts for our work.
We can use them to help us with our problem solving. Sometimes, when we are faced with a difficult situation or problem, our dreams can provide insights or solutions. Our subconscious mind continues to work on unresolved issues during sleep, which can offer creative solutions or new perspectives.

Goal setting and dreams can provide clarity on our goals and aspirations. By paying attention to recurring themes or symbols in our dreams, we can gain insights into what we truly desire and set meaningful goals in our waking life.
