The Thought Of Our Minds…

Our minds are incredibly complex and very powerful, constantly processing information and generating thoughts.

Our minds perceive and interpret sensory information from the world around us. This can include what we see, hear, taste, touch and smell. We selectively focus on certain aspects of our perception, allowing us to pay attention to specific thought’s with full attention with which gives us the chance to filter information, enabling us to concentrate on what is important or relevant at a given moment.

At this moment the importance for me is learning more on life, what i can and can’t achieve in life, one would be Improving my Health, I know my self i need to work on different parts we’re i can improve it, my thought is it needs to improve especially my health… I’m over weight and a smoker two keys that need to be improved much so… I find the problem is i know this and understand… it’s the mind set with focus on the suitation that i need to address for it to work.

The other one… number two is the financial side were i can improve it and how to improve it as i understand that it needs to as i have to set it up for a better retirment fund as thats not far away… I do have some stability and a bit of control off my income, we’re i can pay my bills on time, and put a bit away for the needs of running the vehicle, paying for medical as i have and do so now with getting my body to a healthy one, but to get to the next level were i can put away for the future is one that is of importance in life, this requires to educate myself and make some adjustments to my life.

Id say these are just a few, add my thought of being alone for so long 22 years to be precise is a very long time… of one thought that comes into my mind and it’s a question Why i ask a fair bit of myself… but as we can see our minds are and can be powerful part off life… and brings many thoughts, with learning, understanding, excepting, the dark side, the happy side for what ever out thoughts are… Remember understanding our thoughts is a lifelong journey and it’s important to approach it with patience, curiosity, and self-compassion.

You may also beneficial to combine multiple strategies and find what works best for you as an individual with your thoughts and the way your mind works as a person that wants the good things off life, being happy is a great start an can give you clear thoughts off the way we progress in life.
