You can mange stress level by practicing relaxation techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, or yoga. As we all know the importance off good sleeping every night is important for physical and mental health.

The big ones are avoid smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and drug use, which can really mess your life up in so many ways. Staying socially connected by maintaining relationships with family & friends helps so much with your lifestyle as the thought of being in a good way with companionship is a bonus in life knowing that you have a good friendships.

Lets make sure we practice good hygiene habits such as washing your hands regular, brushing your teeth and have regular showers and baths, it looks good but in yourself it feels really good haven a hot shower or relaxing in a radix bath. Remember that making small, changes to your lifestyle can add up over time and lead to improve overall health and well- being, but all this means is short words, it feels good in side your body and looks good, confidence is up and you set forward in life because you feel good in life, it’s worth looking after yourself for so many reasons, but more than anything enjoy being healthy in life.
