At the same time there are all so positive developments such as advancements in technology, medicine, and education, increasing awareness of mental health, and growing movements for equality and justice. Overall life today is a mixed bag off challenge and opportunities that require us to remain adaptable, resilient, and informed.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
