Prawns, Muscles, Fish, Squid, Oysters, Snow-peas, Cauliflower, Carrot cut very fine, Broccoli, Mushroom, Silverbeet, Celery, Asparagus, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Oyster sauce & honey, cooked lightly in Sesame oil with a dash of lemon sauce. Every thing above with Greek olives, Red Chilli, Half a cup of Chinese Noodles. Desert for tonight..Cup Cake – thank god for the health store… Lol
Been a good week of really healthy food, feel good for it .. a lot of prepping but worth the extra effort.. Just happened too go past the health store Hahaha MMM tonights little treat. Lol.
